77pak Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided by 77pak (referred to herein as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77pak Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

77pak reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to the 77pak Platform and participation in real-money gaming is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or located within, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of 77pak or any associated entity.
• You have not been previously excluded from the 77pak Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily through account closure by 77pak.

77pak implements mandatory age and identity verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 77pak will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, account closure.

To access real-money services on the 77pak Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active 77pak account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — identified by matching identity documents, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or household membership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts, together with any associated balances and bonus credits, will be closed and forfeited without prior notice.

Login Credentials and Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 77pak account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77pak will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials.

You must notify 77pak immediately via the support email in the footer of this page if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 77pak may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

Account Verification

77pak applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure to all player accounts. You may be asked to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC. 77pak's KYC decisions are final in the first instance, subject to an internal review process upon written request.

77pak operates a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) wallet system. All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in PKR. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 77pak Platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction).

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your 77pak PKR wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 77pak does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of 77pak. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own verified name. 77pak will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified alternative method on record. 77pak does not process withdrawals to unverified accounts or third-party payment instruments.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL and UBL accounts follow standard interbank clearing timelines of one to two business days. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of heightened verification activity may take longer to process.

Anti-Money Laundering

77pak applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with international gaming operator standards. Large transactions, unusual withdrawal patterns, or activity inconsistent with your declared source of funds may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. 77pak reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds.

77pak offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time of its availability on the Platform.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round during bonus play, and expiry date are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account balance automatically.

Bonus Restrictions

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• 77pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Systematic abuse of bonus structures — including but not limited to low-variance play designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

77pak's determination as to whether bonus terms have been met or abused is final, subject to the internal review procedure referenced in Clause 14.

All games available on the 77pak Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are sourced from licensed studios operating under their own regulatory frameworks. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not subject to manipulation by 77pak or by players.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnection, software error, or data transmission failure — 77pak reserves the right to void the affected game round. Where a game round cannot be reconstructed from server logs, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated during a malfunction that cannot be independently verified from server records will not be paid.

Players are expected to use the Platform for personal entertainment only. Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pak Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering while under the age of 21, or assisting any person under 21 to access the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected exploit are subject to forfeiture.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77pak support staff or other users of the Platform.

77pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its player community. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

Player-Controlled Tools

All 77pak account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings, without requiring a support ticket or waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, regardless of subsequent requests by the player.

77pak does not target promotional communications at players who have activated responsible gaming limits or who are within an active cooling-off period. Players who have self-excluded will be permanently removed from all promotional communications.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 77pak is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy as published on the Platform.

In summary, 77pak collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of support services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to fulfil our legal and operational obligations.

All content on the 77pak Platform — including but not limited to the 77pak name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 77pak or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 77pak.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 77pak Platform content without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 77pak's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pak's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 77pak account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, even if 77pak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77pak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods where reasonably practicable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

You may close your 77pak account at any time by contacting our support team via the email address in the footer of this page. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML requirements.

77pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement mandating account closure.
• The player's jurisdiction becoming legally prohibited during the account's active period.

Where an account is closed by 77pak due to a Terms breach, any funds within the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. 77pak will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the account holder at the verified contact details on record.

77pak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to active players via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 77pak Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 77pak holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77pak, you agree to first contact our support team via the email address in the footer of this page and allow 77pak a reasonable period of not less than 14 days to investigate and respond. The majority of disputes can be resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 77pak's operating licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided to you upon written request.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
